The forks can be held gently to allow the energy to direct the forks rather than the practitioner. What Forks should I use in my practice?

Quality will affect the outcome of your sessions; therefore, Tuning Forks should be made of aluminum. The aluminum forks produce harmonic overtones - sounds over sounds - and that’s part of the magic! Tuning forks made from steel do NOT produce these.  Machined forks produce the best quality sound. Many cheaper forks, especially those made in China or India, are made in molds. Molded forks are unacceptable for the The Alexander Method® of Vibrational Sound & Energy Therapy due to the inferior sound quality and loss of sustained ring tones.
