Brain Tuners
Brain Tuners were developed based on brain wave studies using EEG technology, mapping different states of consciousness known as Beta, Alpha, Theta, and Delta wave states of the mind. These forks are tuned to frequencies that help align the brain with these different states of consciousness.
Set includes 5 tuning forks:
Fundamental fork
Beta
Alpha
Theta
Delta
To use them, you would activate the Fundamental fork by striking it on a sounding puck then place near one ear and do the same with one of the other forks near the other ear. Like acoustic Binaural Beats technology, the brain will do the math and register the difference in hertz and that difference will put you into the frequency of that state.
BETA – (13-30 Hz) high functioning waking state known for concentration and focus
ALPHA – (8-12 Hz) relaxed, meditative, creative state
THETA – (4-8 Hz) light sleep, deep meditation, dreams, recall
DELTA – (less than 4 Hz) deep dreamless but restorative sleep
